Warning: once submitted, the candidate’s application cannot be modified.
Any incomplete application will not be considered.
Applications must include the following documents (accepted formats exclusively: PDF, JPG, and PNG):
- A detailed statement of intent for the original project (maximum 8,000 characters / 1,300 words);
- A preliminary mock-up with at least a draft of the iconographic material used in the project;
- A projected timeline for the completion of the project over the 18-month support period;
- A projected budget for the design and production of at least 500 copies, including a minimum amount of €2,500 (all taxes and fees included) for the assignment of copyright;
- A one-page résumé/CV containing the following: current position or ongoing work, education, publications, presentations, and projects completed by the candidate;
- A royalty-free photographic portrait of the candidate;
- 5 to 10 royalty-free visuals illustrating the project;
- A letter of commitment from the publisher or distributor, if applicable.
